Export Controls & Sanctions Compliance Policy

Purpose
This policy outlines the actions CardExchange is taking to ensure compliance with U.S. export control and economic sanctions laws applicable to CardExchange software, cloud services, support, and professional services.
Scope
This policy applies to all CardExchange products and services including software licenses, SaaS solutions, technical support, professional services, training, trial software and customer product demonstrations.
Prohibited Countries and Regions
CardExchange does not sell, license, support, or provide services to customers or users located in, owned, or controlled by parties in the following locations:
- Iran
- North Korea
- Cuba
- Crimea, Donetsk (DNR), and Luhansk (LNR) regions of Ukraine
Restricted Countries
Transactions involving the following locations will require prior legal or compliance approval by CardExchange:
- Russia
- Belarus
- Venezuela
- Myanmar (Burma)
- China
Webstore Order Restrictions
Access to the CardExchange webstore is blocked to visitors from the prohibited and restricted Countries lists.
CardExchange Responsibilities
The CardExchange sales and support teams are obliged to verify customer eligibility prior to engagement and will immediately escalate any potential sanctions or export-control concerns.
